Bootcamp terms
These terms apply to enrollment in Agentic AI from First Principles, delivered by Hyrax Info Tech Solutions through Hyrax AI Academy.
Enrollment and access
A cohort seat is confirmed only after Paystack reports a successful payment. Access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the email and transaction reference used during enrollment. Keep those credentials confidential.
Cohort delivery
The program runs from 14 September to 4 December 2026. Recordings may be provided for missed sessions, but live participation, deadlines, peer review, and capstone defense remain important parts of the experience. Hyrax may make reasonable scheduling changes and will notify enrolled learners.
Refunds and deferrals
- Request a full refund within seven days of payment, provided the cohort has not started and protected course materials have not been substantially accessed.
- After that period, a learner may request one transfer to a later cohort before the registration deadline.
- Once the cohort begins, tuition is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Academic integrity and conduct
Learners must submit their own work, disclose permitted AI assistance, protect confidential information, and engage respectfully. Hyrax may suspend access for fraud, harassment, credential sharing, plagiarism, or unsafe handling of systems and data.
Certificate standard
A certificate requires at least 80% completion, satisfactory core assessments, a capstone submission, and successful defense. Payment alone does not guarantee certification.
