Privacy notice

Hyrax Info Tech Solutions collects only the information needed to process applications, payments, cohort delivery, learner support, progress, and certification.

Information we collect

Application details include your name, email, role, country, cohort choice, coupon, payment reference and status. The learning platform records progress, submissions, discussion posts, assessment results, and certificates. Paystack processes payment-card and bank details; Hyrax does not store full card information.

How we use information

We use it to administer enrollment, verify payment, provide protected materials, operate live cohorts, communicate deadlines, prevent fraud, support learners, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the bootcamp, such as Paystack and infrastructure providers, or when legally required. Enrollment and financial records are retained for applicable business and legal periods; learning records are retained while continued course access or credential verification is provided.

Security and your choices

Protected areas use signed, secure sessions. You may request access, correction, or deletion where legally available. Never send passwords, private keys, customer data, or other secrets through cohort discussions.
